This fee is required to book in and reserve an appointment for a service at the clinic. Please note, this is a non refundable booking fee, however it will be applied to reduce the cost of any services purchased on the day of treatment so you do not lose anything. • If the client no longer wishes to proceed with the treatment then this booking fee is forfeited (lost) as again, this fee is NON-refundable.
• A rebooking fee will be required if the client does not show up for treatment on the day scheduled OR does NOT provide 48 hours (2 days) notice to cancel or reschedule the appointment. The rebooking fees range from $50 - $100 plus applicable taxes and are based on the service initially booked in for and the time allotted for the treatment.
• This booking fee is NOT required if the client has purchased a valid coupon that they are eligible for. In this case, you may reserve an appointment with your coupon offer.
